The temp. web site will be created using an Artisteer developed template and Coffeecup development software.
Not as powerful as the likes of Dreamweaver, Coffeecup does everything we require and more for this type of site development. The software also allows us to make sure we are adhering to W3C standards with regards to XHTML Validation
